Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy
At Aviasta, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read our policy below:
Shipping
We use PUDO as our third-party shipping partner within South Africa. Once your order has been processed, delivery generally takes 3–5 working days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, public protests, or errors caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate. We cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Non-Custom Products
For standard (non-customized) products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item or would like to exchange a non-custom product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the reason for the exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition.
Please note:
Custom or personalized products cannot be exchanged.
If an exchange is requested due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all courier/shipping costs related to the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@aviasta.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the outcome. If the item meets our return requirements, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: A refund is not guaranteed and is subject to the condition of the returned item upon inspection.
